What is a Panerian? The Panerians were started in 2008 and is probably the longest running self help, job seeking, networking group in the Miami Valley. More than 600 have attended these outreach sessions with the goal of helping the job seeker find their next career step.
The Panerians meet every other Monday morning from 7 am – 8 am at Panera in the heart of Centerville. Anyone is welcome to join in with the open discussions. Usually about 30 attend. The group starts with a prayer, elevator speeches/introductions and then there is always a stimulating discussion topic about the many opportunities facing the job seeker. These topics range from how to network, how to interview, how to keep your resume from the dreaded black hole, and occasional work team breakout sessions. Many of the bi-weekly attendees hang around after the meeting to strategize, network, and share many potentials.
Just Google Panerians and you will find the website and directory and learn that we are serious about coaching and helping each other find support, direction and encouragement. This group can assist you in developing your strategy and plan for future success.
